   • “Producer” refers to any entity or individual offering products related to corrugated board and carton on the Website.
   • “RFP” stands for Request for Price.
   • “User” refers to both Visitors and Producers collectively.

   The Website acts as a platform connecting Visitors with Producers of corrugated board and carton products. Visitors can browse products listed on the Website and submit RFPs to one or multiple Producers. The Website facilitates communication between Visitors and Producers but does not participate in or facilitate any agreements or transactions between them. Ekograf is not involved in the production, sale, or delivery of any products listed on the Website.
4. RFP Submission
   When submitting an RFP, Visitors agree to provide accurate and complete information about their requirements. Ekograf is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by Visitors.
5. Communication
   Visitors understand that by submitting an RFP, their contact information will be shared with Producers to facilitate communication regarding the requested products. Ekograf does not guarantee the quality or suitability of products offered by Producers.
6. Third-Party Links
   The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ekograf. Ekograf has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ekograf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

   b. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website.
   c. Any content obtained from the Website.

8. Commission Disclosure
   a. Ekograf may earn a commission or fee from producers when a visitor submits a request for price (RFP) through the Website.
   b. The amount of commission or fee earned may vary and is determined by the terms of the agreement between Ekograf and the producers.
   c. By submitting an RFP through the Website, visitors acknowledge and agree that Ekograf may receive compensation from producers for facilitating the connection and communication between visitors and producers.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
   a. The content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ekograf or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
   b. Visitors may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Website without the prior written consent of Ekograf or the respective intellectual property rights holder.
